    Higher reliefs

With the recent reduction of subsidy, one of the better moves is to increase the tax allowance from RM9000 to at least RM 10000. In addition, to encourage more people to be active in sports, increase the allowance from RM300 to at least RM 1800 (RM 150 per month for sports / health related activities and equipments). To ensure Malaysia will have more highly skilled labor, increase tax allowance from RM5000 to RM 10000 per year so people will be encouraged to pursue post graduate studies.

    Tingkatkan kualiti duit kertas malaysia

    EPF Withdrawal

Due to the recent increase in debt, the Govt. should allow contributors to withdrawal some of their savings to reduce their debt such as credit cards, car loans etc rather than be made bankrupt as a younger age. The Govt. should ask Banks to be more lenient at this time rather than be strict.

Tax incentives for corporations to fund training for employees

The current HRDF structure is restrictive and there are many term and conditions in place. To boost support for development of talent in the country, generous tax incentives should be provided to corporations that send their employees for training/education. This can help upskill the local talent and help move the country towards a higher income economy as fellow citizens become more productive and talented.

    EPW Withdrawal Age 50

I hope that EPF withdrawal can be made at 50 for "unemployed citizen". It is too long for them to wait until the age of 55 as they might need to utilize the money for themselves and family. Not much things can be done after reaching 55. Therefore, I think 50 is the ideal age for the "unemployed citizen" (was working) to get their EPF. At least, they can do something with it before leaving the world.

BANK BORROWING TO SETTLE CREDIT CARD BALANCE

In order to reduce the credit card outstanding balances with higher interest rate that cause young generation or businessman to be sue bankrupcy, I suggest the Governement look into this matter seriously.Bank Negara can approve the bank borrowing with lower interest in order for the credit card holder to settled their outstanding balance and repay the bank borrowing for longer period. ie debts restructuring to reduce bankrupcy rate.
